
Which includes an entrée from our menu, juice and coffee. All rates are in US Dollars and exclude a 9% Belize Hotel Tax and 5% Service Charge. Up to two additional people can be added to the 2BR 3-4 (max 6) person and 3BR 5-6 (max 8) rate categories at $40 USD per person, per night, plus tax. The 2BR 1-2 person and 3BR 1-4 occupancy rate category cannot accommodate additional people, you will simply move up to the next occupancy rate category for that suite type. We are happy to waive one additional person charge for a child under five on the 2BR 3-4 or 3BR 5-6 occupancy rate category, limit one.
The best rates can be found by booking direct, please check availability and promotions below. All of our direct rates include complimentary breakfast, wifi, parking, daily housekeeping, and resort amenities such as beach towels, bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards.

Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 11am. If you need an earlier check-in, or later check-out, give us a shout and we’ll see if we can work it out.
Booking and cancellation policy for high/low season (January – December 20)
To secure a reservation with us we require a deposit in the amount of the first night’s room plus tax
For arrivals within 30 days, we require non-refundable payment in full
Balances due will be charged 31 days to arrival
Cancellations received more than 31 days to arrival will be processed less a 20% service fee
Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival: No Refunds
Booking/cancellation policy for peak holiday season
50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with us.
Your balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival.
No refunds for cancellations during this time of year.
A five-night stay is required in peak season only.
We will not offer refunds if you no-show, or if you arrive late or leave early. No refunds due to medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather-related/natural disasters. All cancellations must be received in writing (more than 30 days to your arrival). We are pleased to make one complimentary change to your booking, subject to availability. Additional changes will be subject to an administration fee of $20.00 per change.
