Which includes an entrée from our menu, juice and coffee. All rates are in US Dollars and exclude a 9% Belize Hotel Tax and 10% Service Charge. Up to two additional people can be added to the 2BR 3-4 (max 6) person and 3BR 5-6 (max 8) rate categories at $40 USD per person, per night, plus tax. The 2BR 1-2 person and 3BR 1-4 occupancy rate category cannot accommodate additional people, you will simply move up to the next occupancy rate category for that suite type. We are happy to waive one additional person charge for a child under five on the 2BR 3-4 or 3BR 5-6 occupancy rate category, limit one.

A five-night stay is required in peak season only.
All cancellations must be received in writing. In HIGH/LOW Season we are pleased to make one complimentary change to your booking (must be at least 60 days prior to arrival date), subject to availability. Additional changes will be subject to an administration fee of US$25 per change. No changes can be made to PEAK season reservations.
No refunds or resort credits for no-shows or unused portions of your accommodations. No refunds or resort credits due to medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather-related/natural disasters (including tropical storms and hurricanes). Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially so in Low Season which is also hurricane season.
**There will be no exceptions made to the timelines and amounts stated above. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance once booking a reservation. We urge you to monitor storm activity during the Low Season travel dates – once a storm is named you will not be able to purchase travel insurance.
