Changes & Refunds – Individual Bookings HIGH/LOW SEASONS
- To secure a reservation we require a deposit in the amount of the first nights room and tax
- For arrivals within 30 days, we require non-refundable payment in full
- Balance will be due 31 days prior to your arrival date
- Cancellations received 31 days or more to your arrival date will be processed less a 20% service fee
- Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival: No Refunds
- All cancellations must be received in writing
- No refund due to medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather-related/ natural disasters. Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
- We are pleased to make one complimentary change to your booking, subject to availability. Additional changes will be subject to an administration fee of $20.00 per change.
